IGCSE English as a Second Language (ESL)

Service Description

This class follows the Cambridge IGCSE ESL (0510 or 0511) syllabuses. It will help students to improve their reading, writing, listening and speaking skills in preparation for the IGCSE examination. Our tutor takes a practical approach in this class by familiarising students with the IGCSE ESL examination formats and past years' papers. Since he believes that practice makes perfect in the acquisition of language skills, students are encouraged to start preparing early for their ESL exams by doing exercises consistently and getting regular feedback to improve. Besides IGCSE ESL, our tutor also offers preparatory classes for Malaysian students taking SPM English 1119, IELTS and MUET examinations. Having achieved a Band of 8.5 for his own IELTS result, he has experience teaching English in an international school and holds the Cambridge CELTA qualification. The total tuition fee and number of classes to be conducted are negotiable based on individual needs with each session lasting from 1.5 to two hours. All lessons will be taught online but physical sessions can be considered for Malaysian students residing near the Klang Valley and Seremban upon request.
